Out of This World

🛰️ We have rather a fitting #sentimentalsundaysatEWR this weekend after the rocket launch attempt in Cornwall earlier this week… When we began our journey with Matt a little while ago, his ideas for materials grabbed our attention immediately! They were, after all, out of this world…⁠

“My fiancée, Heidi, works in the space industry and has worked on some amazing things including Artemis 1 and Gallileo satellites - I wanted to try and capture a little bit of the space theme in my ring by including… meteorite.” ☄️⁠

That’s right folks! Pretty awesome I’m sure you’ll agree.⁠

“I'm quite nature and environmentally focused (planted 1000's of trees as part of helping the company I work for go carbon neutral), so wanted to go for something a bit more natural and I always knew I wanted a wooden ring.” 🌳⁠

Matt goes on to say that he loved Eco Wood Rings’ designs and “when I tried on the carbon fibre rings I loved the feel of them so decided to combine all these elements to create an end product with a little of both myself and my fiancée.”⁠

Matt absolutely loved the process of trying all the rings on and taking the best elements of his favourite rings to create his very own perfectly personal design. It was “great fun and made it a lot more meaningful!” 💚⁠
