It's very rare that we encounter issues with metal rings with wood inlays. Very occasionally though, the wood inlay can crack. When this does happen it's usually in the first few months. However, we offer a five year guarantee on all wood inlays inside metal rings, meaning we will repair or replace your wood inlay free of charge. After that point there is a charge of £100 for this work including return delivery to UK customers. 

For general refurbishment of metal rings with wood inlays, where the ring just needs some TLC, there is a charge of £100 for this work including return delivery to UK customers. General refurbishment is not covered by the guarantee.

We suggest that you send your ring(s) to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or other tracked and insured service. Please note that the customer is responsible for postage costs in returning the ring(s) to us. For overseas customers, the costs of returning the ring(s) to you apply at their standard rate (£35 EU, £45 Rest of World). Once you have completed your order, you'll receive an email with instructions on returning your ring(s) to us.
